Constructive feedback is a two-way conversation that keeps self-awareness high, ideas flowing, and skills evolving. Anybody can give feedback, but giving constructive feedback, and receiving this feedback effectively, is an art.
This course is the perfect introduction for staff wanting to transform their personal and professional development, and their relationships. We’ll define constructive feedback, then explore how it influences self-awareness, and we’ll demonstrate how to give and receive constructive feedback.
